Built for the love of the game.
A volunteer-led youth lacrosse community for families across Talbot County.
Who we are
Our mission
The Talbot Lacrosse Association provides a safe, fun environment where children learn athletic skills and build a culture of fairness, respect, responsibility, and commitment through lacrosse.
We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, operated by volunteer board members and coaches. We are a member of the Eastern Shore Youth Lacrosse Association (ESYLA), playing teams across the Eastern Shore.

The essentials
Everyone has a place.
Who plays
Boys and girls ages 5–14, from K4/K5 through 8th grade.
When we play
Practices begin around the first Saturday of March. Games usually begin the first weekend of April and continue for eight weeks.
Experience
New players and returning players are welcome. A willingness to learn and be a teammate is what matters.
Membership
A separate annual USA Lacrosse membership is required to participate.
Access for all
Scholarships
Financial circumstances should never keep a local child off the field. TLA has a limited number of scholarships to assist with registration fees; scholarships cannot cover USA Lacrosse membership fees. To request help, send a letter to Talbot Lacrosse Association, PO Box 2014, Easton, MD 21601, or email info@talbotlacrosse.org before registration closes. The board’s Scholarship Committee reviews all inquiries.
